“When I came to pick up my car last week, I was told that you were Ms. Vajgert's supervisor. I wanted to contact you directly to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with her. I am in a line of work where I provide service to my constituents and also receive services from several entities on a daily basis. I know good customer service is extremely rare and hard to come by, but I had an atypical experience at B & B. Ms. Vajgert has fully earned her title as CS Manager. She was tremendous. She was exceptionally friendly, understanding and helpful. Without her initiative and persistence with the insurance company of the individual that hit my car, I would not have been able to be in my car so quickly. I realize your company needed payment and had it's interests in mind as well, but that was never at the forefront of her message to me. I also had the opportunity to interact with Scott and the reception staff, who were equally as friendly and helpful.

Thank you and your staff for making this portion of a frustrating experience easy to get through. I have been to your facility once in the past, and while I personally hope it is my last time to venture through your doors with this car, I will highly recommend B&B to anyone in need of the services you offer."

"I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about your employees Marty, Martha & Kristen. Wow!!! What a great bunch of employees you have. From the phone to walking into the doors of B&B I felt such at ease. I was in shambles after being rear ended and they made me feel so comfortable leaving my car for repairs. Martha & Kristen both had smiles on their faces and were very pleasant to communicate with. You know you don't get that much in today's society. Customer service is almost out of the window. Most places you go to they make you feel like "okay what do you want" and " do you want us to wait on you or not!" Marty was extremely helpful. He walked me through the details about my car and explained everything that needed to be done so that I understood what he was talking about. I don't know what you teach your team, but I can tell you it WORKS. You know auto repair shops sometimes tend to make you feel like you are standing there with "RIP ME OFF" written all over your face and that is very scary sometimes. It makes a difference when you can feel that the auto shop is actually working for you. If I ever need repairs again, B&B North Lamar is where I'm heading. GREAT Team!!! Keep up the good work, and thanks for keeping your customers in mind."

"I would like to express how truly grateful I am for the excellent service you gave me while my car was being repaired at your center. Not only did you do a terrific job in the repair of my Suzuki Grand Vitara, but also, Mr. Jarret Fisher's customer service was beyond my expectations. He was very professional at all times and followed through in every detail to make sure that the insurance company completed all the necessary paper work and pay all repair expenses, since the check they had issued was for a lesser amount of money than the actual estimate. He also kept me informed during every step of the process. When I went to pick up my car on January 14, I could not believe my eyes when I saw how beautiful it looked: the paint job was fantastic and my car was spotless. Mr. Fisher also made sure that the tires had the correct air pressure. My personal thanks and congratulations to Mr. Fisher for a job well done!
