If you would like to contact one of our Towing Vendors or Enterprise Rent A Car. If you file an Insurance claim, let your insurance company know you want B&B to repair your vehicle. Tell them which B&B location will be doing the work. If they have current vendor relationships that do not include B&B, they may try to sell you on another vendor. If this happens, just tell them:

a) B&B works with all insurance companies either on a direct basis or will work with their field staff in assessing damage, proceeding with all repair work quickly and efficiently.

b) B&B offers a lifetime warranty at all locations in Austin and in DFW at their Craig's Collision locations.

c) B&B uses premium grade DuPont paint products, these products are certified for factory warranty on your vehicle. You will also receive a lifetime warranty from DuPont under their "Assurance of Quality" national warranty program.
